What we source

Chemicals and building materials from Chinese factories

For these products we quote you a delivered price with no service fee. Our margin or the supplier's commission is included in that price. For anything else, send us the specification and we will source it for the fees listed below.

Supplier search

Three checked factories per product, with quotations, samples arranged and a written comparison.

India import pre-check

A check of BIS/QCO coverage and anti-dumping duty for your product before you order, for your customs broker to confirm.

Factory audit

An on-site visit with photos and a report on licence, capacity, equipment and quality control.

Order follow-up

Production tracking, weekly updates in English, and export documents checked before shipment.

Pre-shipment inspection

Quantity, packing, labelling and visual quality checked at the factory before the balance is paid.

Laboratory testing

Samples sent to an accredited third-party lab. You receive the original lab report.

Visit hosting

Itinerary, factory appointments, transport and interpreting for your trip, including Canton Fair weeks.

Fees

Sourcing fees, published in full

These fees apply when you ask us to source a product that is not in our own range. On these projects you pay us directly and we take no commission from the factory. All fees are in US dollars.

How it works

From enquiry to shipment in six steps

    Within 7 working days you receive three checked suppliers, their quotations and the India import pre-check.

    You choose a supplier. We arrange samples, and a factory audit if you want one.

    You place the order. We follow production and send weekly updates.

    We inspect the goods before shipment and send you the report.

    You release the balance payment after you approve the report.
